Mentorship

Dr. Lane is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced leader and clinician. He has been my mentor since 2010, and I have learned a great deal from him. His mentorship has played a critical role in my career development, and I would not be where I am today without his support. For example, Dr. Lane taught me three important words and how to apply them in my life: prioritization, humility, and patience. By understanding and utilizing these principles, I was able to successfully achieve my Doctorate degree and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I also share these three words and the lessons Dr. Lane taught me with my students, so they can benefit from it and navigate their own challenging years.
