At Physician Career Solution, we are committed to delivering high-value coaching and consulting services tailored to physicians and medical professionals.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services—which include personalized coaching, strategy development, and intellectual property—all sales are final, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
2. Coaching & Consulting Programs
- Payments made for coaching sessions, programs, or consulting services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
- If a client chooses to discontinue participation, no partial refunds will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients may request to reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may be forfeited.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of the Company.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a violation of this policy. We encourage open communication to address any concerns.
